1. SENIOR MANAGER/ HEAD, UNIT TRUST SALES

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement strategic sales programs and recruitment of Unit Trust Consultants
Promote partnership with new and existing clients and distribution channels
Manage, lead and motivate the team to achieve the sales growth and profitability target
Mange, lead and guide the team to ensure they meet the operational services, standards and quality execution for internal and external clients
Oversee the operational aspect of the branches
Requirements:
Master / Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or its equivalent
Minimum of seven (7) years working experience in sales of financial products preferably in unit trust, banking or insurance
Possession of Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) Authorization Card
Good presentation, interpersonal and marketing skills
Good networking and coverage of contacts
Self starter, with strong inclination for sales and result oriented
Independent, self motivated and have proven track record in sales
Excellent written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good understanding of unit trust system
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER, STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

Responsibilities:
Assist in formulating the business marketing plans and sales strategies
Assist in achieving sales goal and target set by the company
Coordinate the implementation of marketing plans and strategies
Establish the Institutional Unit Trust Advisers (IUTA) and Corporate Unit Trust Adviser (CUTA) channel
Provide sales support function relating to IUTA and CUTA which include Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) and high net-worth investors
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing / Business Management or its equivalent
Minimum of three (3) years working experience in sales of financial products preferably in unit trust, banking or insurance
Possession of Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) Authorization Card
Self starter, strong inclination for sales, services and performance and result oriented
Good presentation, interpersonal and marketing skills
Good networking and coverage of contacts
Independent, self motivated and have proven track record in sales
Excellent written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good understanding of unit trust system
