Position:
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (CSA)
Job Responsibiltites:
- Passenger Handling, Check-in, Gate Management, Queue Combing, Meet and Assist, Special Handling Services, Baggage Services (Lost & Found) of airline passengers in the airport (KLIA1 & LCCT).
Requirements:
- Possess SPM/STPM & Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality ONLY
- SPM with Minimum Credit 5 in ENGLISH OR pass in TOEIC & Able to speak ENGLISH FLUENTLY.
- Malaysian; Age : 18 – 30 years old; Male/Female
- Good and attractive personality
- Ability to speak 3rd language is an advantage (MANDARIN/CANTONESE /ARABIC, ETC)
- Minimum Height : 158 cm for Female & 168 cm for Male
- Weight : 50 – 58 kg (Female) & 60 – 68 kg (Male)
- Able to work shift
- Basic Salary:RM1300.00 AND Allowances
- Job will be based at : KLIA1 & LCC Terminals Airport
